Started right after high school graduation as a regular crew member only having to make transactions with customers for my shift. Within two weeks I was quickly promoted to crew supervisor. While crew supervisor I was overseeing the operations of the store and a staff of five to fifteen. At my seven month mark I was promoted to Assistant Manager. I was Responsible for daily bank deposits, cash control, cost control, employee breaks and scheduling, ordering, and inventory. I was very dedicated by being the first person to cover important shifts.

Responsible for daily paperwork, bank deposits, setting up floor sets by deadlines, inventory, ear piercing, and excellent customer service. Icing was a second job as a part of their management team at the same time as being the assistant manager of Mrs. Fields.

Experienced in customer service, inventory, placing and receiving orders, setting up floor sets, preparing weekly schedules and managing a team of young adults to make the store run effectively.

I am seeking a career type position. I can offer honesty, dependability, punctuality and loyalty in addition to my experience in customer service. I have a strong work ethic, getting the job done in a timely and correct manner is very important.
